Borders

For me creating a border is very difficult because I do not know how to make a perfect, symmetrical border. I still don't know how to use all the tools correctly to make a border. I was also just experimenting with the shapes to make a border. This is a project I still need to work on. As you can see the bottom one is better because I tired to figure out some of the tools and received help from a classmate. I hope I just get better at making borders.

My Color Collage

Creating a color collage was great. I loved the color collage because I got to play with the fonts and color combinations. It was hard trying to find the cultural meaning of the color ivory. Ivory is a neutral color that does not exist on the color wheel it is a warmer, softer white color. 

Texture

For this project I had to take three pictures showing texture and describing the picture. I found this a bit hard to do because we had to be almost poetic like. 

10 Digital Color Sample

This project was so much fun! It was hard trying to find a good picture to extract the colors from. My favorite color to find was white because it was a bit challenging to find a picture that was pure white. 

For my neutral color sample I choose ivory. I also put the RGB and CMYK  for the color sample in the middle for my emotional color collage.

Points, Lines, and Planes Emotions

Creating emotions with just points, lines and planes.  I had fun creating a picture for wicked because you just look at it and get a feeling of evil/ wickedness like dark shadow. I think I will do this exercise on my own time just for fun.
